Goodbye my dear Hamlet, for your pride and lust for revenge be the reason for your downfall. If only you had put your own life before your father’s death and listened, maybe then you wouldn’t have been taken away from this mortal coil so early. But you had only yourself to blame, for what was once a logical young man, turned sour into a violent soul. I hope revenge was worth its price to you, not only with your life, but with the lives of all others affected. What would you think now if you saw the outcome and your demise, would you continue down your or would you have listened to my advice. No, I know you better than that, even with the certainty of death, your desire to avenge your father would far outweigh your want for life, for that is your nature, and that nature was your doom. But if only you hadn’t known the nature of your fathers death, then none of this would’ve happened. Why, oh why, did I have to tell you of that wretched demon, while his tale might have been true, his intent was dark and sickened by whatever hell he was sent to. If only I kept my mouth closed, while the king would’ve gotten away with his murder and desires, at least then, so many innocent lives wouldn’t have been taken so early, the young, beautiful Ophelia, the beloved, righteous, queen, the… NO, I can not think of what might have been, I must focus on now, and right now, I must fulfill Hamlet’s final wishes, to share his story, and the story of what truly happened throughout these faithful nights. So goodbye my dear Hamlet, while your life may have been cut short, I will make sure it lives on, not only in the hearts of the people, but through the life of your tragic story.
